Bharat Ethnix is a designer studio specializing in single-piece customized outfits, handmade embroidery fabrics, and tailored garments.
Each outfit is created based on individual design consultation, selected fabrics, and personalized measurements.

Due to the customized nature of our work, returns, refunds, or exchanges are limited and only accepted under specific conditions mentioned below.

Customized & Made-to-Order Products

  • All customized, tailored, altered, or made-to-order outfits are non-returnable and non-refundable

  • Once design approval, fabric selection, or production begins — the order cannot be cancelled

  • Minor variations in color, embroidery, or handwork are natural characteristics of handmade products and are not considered defects

Measurement & Fitting Policy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements

  • Minor alteration requirements are normal in designer garments

  • Fitting issues due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or return

  • We may provide alteration support where possible

Ready-Made / Non-Customized Products

Returns may be accepted only if:

  • Request is made within 3 days of delivery

  • Product is unused, unworn & in original condition

  • Original tags & packaging are intact

  • Valid proof of purchase is provided

  • Unboxing video may be required

Damaged / Wrong Item Claims

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos & unboxing video

  • After inspection, we may offer repair, replacement, or store credit

Refund Policy

Approved refunds (if applicable):

  • Processed within 7–10 business days

  • Credited to the original payment method

  • Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable

  • COD processing fees & customization charges are non-refundable

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production starts

  • Consultation & design booking fees are non-refundable

  • Advance or token payments are non-refundable
